Hi there


I am a well established dog-sitter in this area. I have 2 dogs of my own and together we make sure our guests are made to feel at home from the word go. We always go on varied off-lead walks, and any dog is treated as part of the household and of course, is given loads of cuddles!

I can also highly recommend this dog boarding - my dog is a loveable (but slightly crazy) Spaniel and he adores going to his home away from home and spending time with Siobhan and her two dogs. Siobhan is a true dog-lover - I really cannot recommend her highly enough.

      No, you won’t get your rent back for not having an EPC. I presume you’re thinking of  rent repayment order… you’d have to have evidence of an offence such as illegal eviction, harassment, threat, unlicensed property. None of which you’ve indicated.  I don’t see what the problem is with your situation, certainly nothing substantial. If you have evidence of disrepair (including professional report) and you have to have evidence of informing the landlord as well; you’ve mentioned damp but said it’s not there any more?
