Smartphone for my mum

Hello I?m looking for a new second hand smartphone for my mum. She mainly uses it for tethering to her tablet but I?d like to get one in full working order as the last one I got her has just bit the dust. Android or Apple is fine. Up to ?100 Thank you very much Holly

  Suppose we'll just have to pay a bit more tax. The French have and now half the country looks and runs like Switzerland. Or shall we just keep on chasing this stupid myth that we should expect Scandinavian style public services whilst paying American style taxes?
