Luckily, I have more conviction and independent though that most of the mob.

But I'm glad you take solace in the fact that others agree with you (also...there are people outside of DR and KK....just so u know)

I'm happy for you.

If anyone could make a russia v Ukraine thread a brexit thread, it's the edf......

? I have more conviction and independent though that most?

I will be in an old folks home. Lying in my own piss. Miserable. Insufficient staff to help me (because, yknow. Brexit)

And then I will remember this line. And I will smile and be happy

It?s not the first self-aggrandising Cat line

But it might be the finest. Bravo sir. Bravo

Many Thanks mal.

The thing is, it's often only regarded as provocative if the views are at odds with the zeitgeist....

Step back and look at how 'provocative' some of the comments here are that are of the right view.....

Russian missile hits airport in western Ukraine

For those that don't know, the distance between Rzeszow in Poland and the Ukrainian border is LESS than 150KM, the Russian bear has stirred and is on the move. The West must do everything possible to stop Putin. Boris has said today a last resort is military action, watch closely.

Putin actually threatened nuclear war if anyone gets in his way (if you watch his news conference this is what I took from it).

Do we do a JFK in the Cuban Crisis and sort of say "bring it on" and hope they back down.

Do we go hard with sanctions and try to support Ukraine with weapons.

'The Pope's about as much use as tits on a fish. If he really gives a hoot he should go directly to Putin and give him a thorough whipping. On the telly.'

You made me laugh very loud - I would only add that Putin should be bare chested when whipped, and we all know he loves showing off his six pack

One can't begin to imagine what it must be like for anyone in Ukraine right now.

But will this fruitcake be satisfied with JUST installing a Putin puppet in Ukraine?

Anyway by way of a black humour diversion, does anyone wonder if Kenny Everett's declaration 'Let's bomb Russia' might become a reality?

Can someone help me understand; Ukraine had the 3rd largest number of nuclear weapons in the world. They signed the NPNWS and disarmed on the promise that UK, US, France would support them militarily.

Are sanctions really sufficient?

Now I'm not advocating nuclear war but I'd be questioning why we gave up our deterent only to be supported by sanctions....

So Lavrov was in a telephone conference this morning and CNN were trying to cover it.

Lavrov kept on trying to bring in a Chinese media group to ask a question (maybe it was a pre-agreed question) but every time he asked for them it went to a CNN reporter in Kyiv who was telling him they were under fire from Russian forces even though Lavrov said they weren't.

Made him look a little stupid today.

They had the Nukes but the Russians had the triggers.

I'd still have been tempted to squirrel one away and hack it.

Salvini, Erdogan, Zeman and Orban have all condemned the present actions of Putin. We all have our differences but when it comes to the crunch (in this case a regime willing to kill to anyone if it suits it) remember that most of us agree on most things most of the time. Not sure about what Donald said though. See you next Tuesday.

So there's two tales of Ukrainian Heroes - one true one maybe not so true.

The soldiers on Snake Island who on being told to surrender by a Russian Boat responded "Russian Warship, F**k you" before being killed.

and

The F29 above Kyiv that has supposedly shot down 6 Russian planes and become the first Ace Fighter of the 21st century and is now known as "The Ghost of Kyiv".

The fact these stories are going round the world isn't helping Putin.
