Hello from Gaia Studio! We have added a few new Yoga & Pilates classes to our weekly timetable:-

Early morning classes:

Now that the days are getting longer and the mornings brighter you may feel a little more inspired to try one of our early bird Yoga and Pilates classes. These classes are available on Tues (Yoga), Thurs (Pilates) and Fri (Yoga) from 6.45 or 7am.

Day time classes:

Our evening classes are proving very popular but for those of you that work from home, or are around the area during the day, you might like to join some of the classes that run throughout the day. Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Sound Meditation, Mum and Baby, Children and Teens.

Pre and Post Natal Classes:

We also are starting up specific Pilates classes for new mothers and mothers to be. We have a postnatal class every Monday at 10.30 am, where you are more than welcome to bring along your baby and also a pregnancy class (suitable for all trimesters) Tuesday's at 5.30 pm. Our pregnancy and Mum and Baby Yoga are continuing as always - Pregnancy (Saturday 9.30) and Mum and Baby (Friday from 9.45 am).

You can see our full Yoga & Pilates class schedule and all prices on our website www.gaiastudio.co.uk. Or you can email us at [email protected] with any queries.

We look forward to seeing you at Gaia soon!

Best wishes,

Wendy and Bryony

    • I’m amazed that the council and Gala go through this fabrication of a consultation considering Gala started selling early bird tickets in November 2024 therefore they know it’s going to happen.
    • Hopefully one of the local tech guys can assist you.
    • Yes, I saw it. It was in response to my post asking whether there was an update. It seems that may be the one which  jb is apparently saying is "sarcastic", as I can't think of anything else If that is the case , it is quite upsetting that they should think that of me,  given the very sad  subject of that thread.  I had already edited my previous post on here to say that, after I had had a look to see what jb could be referring to, but I don't know whether that was before or after your post above, as that is starting a new page and I've only just seen it. They both say 2 hours ago. Anyway, I'm tired of the whole thing. I don't mind being accused of things I've actually done, and if I agree I've done wrong then I will always  apologise. But to be subject to a very public attack, when many  people know who I am,  which appears to be completely unfounded as jb despite requests  has provided nothing to back  up their statements, is very depressing. ETA: I know I can be outspoken, on here and in real life, but I don't think that is what I was being accused of.
    • It can get pretty bad on our road, drives me mad. As mentioned on the previous thread though, when I've reported any to the council they've been pretty quick at cleaning it up  https://www.southwark.gov.uk/parking-streets-and-transport/street-care/dog-poo
