We're moving abroad this summer and will be renting out our lovely 4 bedroom house from 24th July. The house was totally renovated 3 three years ago, with a loft conversion, new kitchen, two new bathrooms and all brand new windows. We're located on the lovely Ivanhoe Road, which is full of community spirit not to mention in the catchment for Charter East Dulwich, Belham, St John's and St Clement's and Dog Kennel. It's a 4 minute walk to East Dulwich train station and 10 minutes to both Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye train stations. We'd like to rent to someone who intends to stay in the house for quite a few years and want someone to really treat the house like their own home.
