Start a company and offer shares to the ED people. Perhaps ?500 each to retain a pub and resources centre. Lots of elderly in the area who need a place to meet. Youngsters in the evenings? Non-profit?

Full pub details don't show the pubco to be on top of recent local developments e.g. brochure includes as competitors Crystal Palace Tavern, Liquorish, Drum. Doesn't include Franklins (much more of a problem for food) or the Plough (nearest M&B pub).
