Hi All,

I'm a middle-aged Mum living in East Dulwich and my third child is now at secondary school. I free-lance and work from home but really miss now having a reason to go out! I have a spare day now on Friday to be out and about and would really like to be of use to someone else locally. Are you elderly and need a lift to an appointment or the big Sainsbury's ? Or have you an elderly parent in the area that would like some company and a hot, cooked meal? I love cooking and playing cards or taking a gentle stroll in the park. Help with gardening or taking a dog for a walk? Reasonable rates and more importantly would like to build a friendship with someone glad of the company.

  The long empty site at the top of Lordship Lane by the Library is now a cute little bar and restaurant - Victus and Bibo. We had a few beers there on Saturday night and it was very welcoming. Not noticed this when passed today - so used to it being closed. When the original restaurant (Moulin) closed down, the new owners said they were going to have a new restaurant after modernising the premises. This was around 10 years ago!.
