BOTH SOLD; 1950's Grey 2 seater sofa (?150) & Red mid-centuary arm chair (?50) for sale, Stuart Road

Hi there, I'm selling these two mid-centuary items due to moving house. Both items available for pick up at Stuart Road, Nunhead. Must be sold this week.

?150 - Grey 2 seater sofa from the 1950's. It was purchased newly reupholstered in 2016 for ?500, but since has some felt pen in one small area of the back and on the underside of the two seat cushions.

?50 - Red mid-centuary arm chair, purchased in 2016. has some wear, reflected in the price.

FREE - Brand new Marks and Spencer memory foam mattress bought for ?200, purchased to dress flat for sale. Used on 2 nights only (with double sheets), whilst clearing the flat.
