Have to agree with you elly, I've used Paul a few times and glad to see other people are as happy as I am with him. Once again he helped me out at last minute when one of my tenants called with a problem (no water) he realised that the water had been turned off and tried to find the stop cock. Eventually we found out there is one stop cock for the 2 flats and they had a leak next door, hence turning the water off. He fixed the leak and turned the water back on. Very honest and reasonable priced!

Once again Paul Clancy to the rescue, i had water pouring out ot my kitchen ceiling and my lights fused, phoned Paul Clany and he came round in no time, removed bath panel and found my runnaway pipe had come adrift, repaired in minutes.
