I have a garage that is unused currently, on a quiet road, close to Queens Road Peckham. It's a good size, and although there are big metal doors off the pavement into the courtyard, there is no drop kerb, so you can't drive vehicles in. There is then an up and over garage door into the garage space. It has lights and running water and a loo (we're talking 'garage loo' though!)

It's a great space for storage / to do quiet works. The courtyard backs onto a house, so no persistently noisy works could be carried out there.

There's no heating, but as there's power points, you could plug in a heater. It's dry overall, but, being a garage without cavity walls or insulation, the air is probably a little damp in there.

It's about 8/9m long x 4m wide.

Happy to discuss rent, but I was thinking around ?350/month

Available now, on a year contract to start with.
