I know there was a thread a while ago about loal rentals ideal for visiting families but don't recall where to start looking, anyone remember it? Impending parental arrival from overseas for 3 weeks to 'help' around arrival of second baby causing much anxiety...

Not sure if your parents will have access to a car while here but my parents have hired a v nice self-catering cottage in Sydenham which is 10 mins drive from ED. If you want the owners details PM me and I'll be happy to pass it on.
