Need someone to check Velux window rain sensors

We've had velux windows fitted but the rain sensors don't work.

Could someone recommend someone who could look at this problem? If so please can you PM me.

Thanks but I think they may have not wired / incorrectly wired them up so I need a specialist... thanks!
