What: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. 25m heated pool, spa, gym, sauna, steamroom, tennis court, car park and more. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, tramline, large shopping centre and casino. Lifeguard patrolled beach 200 metres away.

When: Any time from July 2022 to the end of 2022. We would prefer a 3 month swap, and want to be as close as possible to our son and family in Forest Hill, however we are flexible.

About us: We are a recently retired couple in our 60s and are looking forward to spending time with our grandchildren in SE23. We would take very good care of your place and ensure you had access to everything to make your time on the beautiful Gold Coast as memorable as possible.
