House/Flat swap

Hi all,

I have a two bed converted flat in East Dulwich right near the Tesco and Peckham Rye park, local to the GP (gardens) and dentist. 1 large double,1 single. Ideally would like to swap for a 3 bed within the area, other areas considered. Need more space as I am over crowded with three teenagers. No access to garden, but have my own front door.
