FREE - Puppy/small dog crate on Bellenden Rd.

This crate/cage is outside my house on Bellenden Rd. It's been there for 4 days now, which surprises me as there are so many dogs being walked up and down. It's black and measures 48cm wide, 48cm high (approx), and 76cms long. PM me if you'd like to know where it is. [it's possible that it may get taken at any time, but it's a good cage and in good condition.

  Many high streets have been taken over by charity shops. I can’t believe they’re paying full rent. I think landlords accept a low rent from a charity for a short term. Hopefully someone who actually knows will set me clear.

  I believe charity shops pay reduced business rates but the rent charged by a landlord is purely a commercial decision regardless of the type of tenants.

  If JoJo can't afford the increasing rent there (which was one of the reasons a staff member gave when I asked why they were closing), it's odd that a charity shop could - not doubting what you've been told, but it just doesn't make sense!
