Based on the recommendations from this thread, I got in touch with Greg to sort out our leaking toilet on Sunday night, came round on Monday  morning and after I had acquired the toilet - it was all done by Wednesday lunch time. he talked me through the job, what I needed to do, and raised issues as he went along when he found out the job was more complex than it first appeared.  can definitely recommend. -
Probably time to just take them away and spend the money on something more worthy like a bike lane. You could put a bike locker where the notice boards were too.
