2/3 bed flat required for the New Year

My friend Mariana and I are looking for a 2-3 bed flat to rent in the area from January 2022 for at least 6 months. Our budget is around ?1500 for a 2 bed flat or up to ?2200 for a 3 bed which we would find someone to join us for. We've lived together before nearby and would love to move back to the area together. We're clean, tidy, respectful and considerate professionals in our late 20's who can provide references from former landlords/ladies.
