Bought a home with friends, siblings, Bank of Mum and Dad or a partner?

Trying to navigate tricky conversations about who owns what? It's time to check out MaryR.

We're an ED-based start up looking for feedback on a new product we're building! MaryR is looking to give a few lucky people advanced access to our Equity Ledger, which tracks who is putting ? into a property (including the Bank of Mum and Dad!) and provides their real-time shares as a result. Know what you own, and bring clarity to the confusion.

You would get totally free access to the platform for life, a guided intro with our CTO and everything would be totally confidential - all we're looking for is feedback!

Drop me a message if you would be up for it. More details at the website here: www.maryr.co

Ps. Admin, do delete if this is the wrong place - couldn't work out where was best!

    • The refurb has made it brighter and smarter with greater emphasis on weights and other exercise. Seems that cardio is restricted to the quarter of the floor area as you enter. This seems fair enough as I rarely saw more than half the cardio equipment being used at any one time. I have been told that some cardio will be on the newly created gallery space overlooking the main gym floor. Free weights area looks bigger and there is a good range of resistance machines offering to exercise most muscle groups. There are some new types such as a squat machine, whereas core machines for abs and back seem to have disappeared. I have been told that some machines have yet to arrive. Overall, it’s a great improvement.  To say it’s still a dump is unfair and untrue.  The alternative would be to traipse over to Beckenham where David Lloyd will charge you the same for two months’s membership as you would pay for a year at DLC.
