an introduction to weightlifting for teenagers from 14-16 each Sunday at Dulwich college sports club starting from January 2nd 8 weeks for ?100


The course will focus on a different body-part each week and will include take away homework and notes to be studied


the course is aimed at teaching beginners how to use the gym and its equipment safely for their required sports and fields of interest

Weightlifting ?body sculpting?.

Weightlifting is a sport where technique, strength and mental fortitude are key.

Hardly a vanity project where trying to look like ?The Rock? et al is the aim.

Just see the olympics, the practitioners look strong (inevitably 🙄) but hardly ?sculpted?.

The poster the OP uploaded to their post described the course as intro to body sculpting and weight lifting so I don't think Alice was the one drawing a link between the two.
