Anyone else think last night's episode was a bit OTT? I have a lot of doubts about torture being used as entertainment, espeially for a children's programme.

"Flux" - it's just chaos to me. I don't even remember the torture scene - maybe I fell asleep. The dog was quite good..

I'll stick to Chucky - at least I know what he wants ;)

It's definately keeping up the tradition of scaring the little ones. In the 60s I was hiding behind the sofa, our Dad always had it on 'for the children' but we were too scared to watch it...

Yep, earliest memories of Dr. Who are a fraught hour or so leading up to the episode, running behind the sofa as the creepy music at the beginning played, then shivering with fear as the daleks took over. Next week we were back for more 🙄
