ratty
If anyone remembers Mr "Bullet" Baxter from Grange Hill, then I am sure I saw him coming out of Sainsbury's a couple of weeks ago. Legend in my book!!! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/299-seen-anyone-famous-in-east-dulwich/page/32/#findComment-158094 Share on other sites

Jah Lush
It's true. In fact I've seen him on loads of buses recently not just the 185. I think he's trying drum up some publicity for his new film Seven Pounds. brum
I saw Garth Crooks a couple of years ago in a bar on LL near to EDT. He spent most of the time pacing up and down outside with his mobile phone stuck to his ear. Though we all tried, no one could get it off. Ok, I made up the last bit. Ted Max
I think dear old Garth was probably just asking his missus what was for tea: "If I asked you, and indeed I hope it is OK to ask you, given the events of the past few days, whether in fact it is in your mind or not to have assessed the food situation in the fridge, vis a vis the impending lunch party on Sunday, what might be the plans that have been laid for future comestible consumption, do you think you could attempt, at this stage, and I appreciate the answer might only be a best guess, to give me a heads up, and an update, by way of an answer to the question, what is for tea?" northlondoner
Ex girlfriend saw the new dark haired dude from Spooks in one of those boutiques in Dulwich Village. I got a very irritated look off the black haired Irish guy from Cold Feet and Jekyll Hyde and countless ads, who was sitting texting on a bench outside the Bishop. Also look out for BBC's middle east corr Jeremy Bowen who I spotted on North Cross Road perusing the market. northlondoner
Oh, yeah...James Nesbitt is the "dark-haired irish guy". I guess everyone has seen him. But also see Victoria Cross soldier honoured for saving colleagues in Afghanistan shopping in Sainsbury.Think his name is Behari. Mick Mac
Jimmy Nesbitt has beena round ED for ages but now lives on Stradella Road - sort of Herne Hill - hes the only celeb I have ever seen in 8 years in ED. My wife spots peoles all the time - incl Tracey Barlow.... and I hear Stacey (of G&S) lives here too but I never see any of these glam pusses. Must open my eyes, pay more attention.
