If the file is to big to upload i find this the best way.

1) Find the photo you want to upload and save it to desktop

2) Right mouse click the photo and click edit(use basic paint)

3) Go to image at the top of paint and click on stretch?skew

4) In the box where its says horizontal 100% remove the 100% and put 50%

5) In the box where it says vertical 100% remove the 100% and put 50%

6) Now click ok

7) Now click top right of paint the x (it will ask do you want to save changes click yes)

8) Now it will upload :)

That site looks too complicated to me but I'm sure some people will understand it.

About 18 months ago my teenage daughter showed me how to upload a photo (taken from my camera) onto the forum. It's now second nature to me, even though I know nothing about technology, other than being able to touch-type and like handymaneastdulwich, I open up the photo in paint, but resize it to 10%. Then there are a few more steps (like naming the photo) but it works for me.

    • Did you see my post above where iD suggested to someone else with your problems that it could be a sim or device issue? Why are you so sure it isn't your phone that has developed a fault? Phones can and do go wrong (reinstalling the app would not help if your phone itself is faulty). To test this out:  Have you tried your SIM card in somebody else's phone? If they don't have connection problems, then the fault is with your phone (though see below - your SIM card could be faulty, in which case this test wouldn't work). Have you tried somebody else's SIM card in your phone? If you still have the same connection problems, then the fault is with your phone. Both of those tests would tell you if the problem was with your phone rather than the network. Only if  the connection problems continued would the problem probably be with the iD network. Have you asked for another SIM card to try out (with the same phone number, obviously!) in case your SIM card has become faulty? Have you tried their live chat (link above) which they say can help with further troubleshooting? These things would be quite quick and easy to do, and could save you a lot of time and inconvenience changing providers!
    • In my case, internet doesn’t work even in London, incoming cals disconnect b4 u can even pick up calls!  Reinstalled ap & now even worse! Can however, access where I am regarding billing etc. Been with them 4 for years - been bad for over a year.. blamed my phone etc- lucky for me, can just change & leave, hopefully without any delay as only SIM pay as you go… Must be just unlucky….. would not recommend them now to anyone - if all else fails will just very very reluctantly ho to one of the big 4 & take a contract, which seems to have to be 4 two years or just might decide to not have a phone at all..
    • Yes, my brother lived in that area and had to change to something other than Vodafone. He didn't just have a "weak" signal. He had no signal at all.
    • Apparently it is a very old and ill cat and about to be "euthanised"  - euphemism. My understanding is that it wasn't actually lost, just wandering around near its home as cats do, but people thought it was lost  because the poor thing looked so terrible. The owner was tracked down, but only after loads of posts from people trying to catch it and take it to various places for stray cats. I got my information from the "other" East Dulwich Forum, but I've got no reason to believe it isn't true. Irrelevant, but my partner and I once took a very thin and ill looking cat to Celia Hammond because it kept coming into my house for weeks and looked terrible,  and we (wrongly) assumed it had no home. That cat also turned out to have an owner. And yes it was ill, but being treated by a vet. It's lovely that people care about animals, but it's very easy to make mistakes like this. Having said which, many years ago when our  cat died, a couple of days later another cat started sitting  on our  doormat every day (three floors up in a Scottish tenement) and refused to leave, so eventually we took him in ......
