Hi, does anyone have any recomendations for ear wax removal?

I have an NHS appointment but it's in Februrary, would rather do sooner.

I have some tinnitus also and have heard microsuction is quite loud so maybe avoid?

Otex do an ear wax removal kit (drops and ear syringe). You can probably buy it in a chemist or large supermarket.
