After school nanny 12 hours per week Monday to Thursday

We are looking for after school care from 3.30 up until 6.30 on Monday to Thursday with extra hours during the holidays. We have three children aged 9, 12 and 15. The elder two are fairly self sufficient so it will mainly involve picking up our 9 year old, supervising any reading/ homework, taking him to local activities (walking distance) and cooking an evening meal.
