Hi I am in need of an unused /new/not required 2nd tray for his Majesty Billy who doesn't like using the lady cat's tray.

Feline's are not going to appreciate a second hand litter tray, nor is it hygenic, as micro scratches in plastic are a breeding ground for bacteria. Litter trays are cheap. Try amazon, a local vets, pet shop or DIY shop; any plastic tray, with a low drop, will do.
