on_the_hill
Hello,We need someone who could come and fit new architraves in all our doors. The are slightly awkward as not all sides symmetrical in width, so it has to be someone who's got the right tools to cut the wood cleanly. Can anyone recommend someone for this work? Have tried a few carpenters from the forum, but they are not very interested as it is a small job for them.Any suggestions much appreciated. monica
Hi thereI can recommend Local Carpenter/Joiner Jake Dunn, Jake has undertaken all my carpentry work. Jake is very creative and works well with restricted/narrow spaces. Local, fairly priced and a real sweetie. on_the_hill
Thank you for your recommendations. I had the architraves and skirting fitted by Gary Strickland and would wholeheartedly recommend him. He is very punctual, polite and very pleasant to have around. He has very high standards and was not happy till everything looked perfect. His number is 07809 546033 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/29627-carpenterdecorator-to-fit-architraves/#findComment-626457 Share on other sites
