Ivy and old garden fence removal

Need to get rid of ten panels of old fencing and loads and loads of attached ivy and other garden waste, I don't own a car or any transport. What is the best, most eco, most cost effective way of doing this kind of thing? Hiring skip? Taking to dump in hired van? Employing someone?

  We found a small Yorkie terrier type dog about 14:30 today. It seemingly ran out of Peckham Rye down Barry Road. We have taken it to Neighborhood Vet on Lordship Lane so you can call them or dog warden if you think it's yours, or please drop me a DM if we can help more directly!
