I think that it's only meant to protect newborns, anyway. I'm not exactly sure how protective it is either... I'm also quite doubtful and wouldn't want to rely on it instead of vaccination for example.

      The Post Offices and the Royal Mail should be renationalised. Massive mistake privatising industries where competition doesn't work properly and certainly does not offer any advantage to end users.
