Hi Aimee,

I have a gorgeous 2 bed flat on Barry Road which will be available before Christmas. I've got an electrician and plumber coming in to do a couple of bits and bobs over the next 2 weeks and a new patio is going in in 6 weeks and then it will be ready to let. I'd be happy for you to take it before the patio is in if that gives you more flexibility before Christmas.
