Hi

I am looking for a two bed property with a garden to rent for myself and my teenage daughter to make home. I work and live within the local area and am looking to move before Christmas. ?1550 pcm


I can be flexible with viewing and moving in dates.

Hi Aimee,


I have a gorgeous 2 bed flat on Barry Road which will be available before Christmas. I've got an electrician and plumber coming in to do a couple of bits and bobs over the next 2 weeks and a new patio is going in in 6 weeks and then it will be ready to let. I'd be happy for you to take it before the patio is in if that gives you more flexibility before Christmas.


It is an absolutely beautiful flat and I can pop some pictures on if you would like?

      Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.

      Lost oyster card in black and green wallet somewhere between the bus stop at ED station, the bus and the train from Denmark Hill to Clapham Junction. Very annoying not last because I love the wallet.

      I have always taken mine to the main St Christopher's shop, in a bin bag clearly marked "Rags". They have always accepted them. Clean items only, obviously.
