Squirrels in the loft were giving me bats in my belfry, but Roger and Elliot were brilliant.Really thorough,experienced and efficient.They talked me through the process and even came back after a visit to reassure.

I?ve dealt with a few firms, but CS are the best.

I too found Roger and his son to be fantastic; Roger was super nice, really helpful and reassuring. It was a bit grizzly, and they did the gizzly bit of catching a very determined rat, and then I got a drainage/rat proofing company to come and put clever one way valves in all the underground pipes which seems to have stopped ratty incursions. But Roger did the nasty bit at the start, with humour and reliability.
