Come along and join this friendly community Hatha Flow class at The Ivyhouse, 40 Stuart Road. SE15 3BE

Sunday 9.45am -10.45am

The Ivyhouse are committed to a building a strong sense of community, and therefore keen to make these classes as accessible to all as possible. With their help I am able to charge a much lower fee of only ?5 for the class! You will need to bring your own mat though.
