Need builder to fix the join between toilet and soil pipe

Hi,

The join between the toilet pipe and the soil pipe has a small leak. I got a plumber round who advised the join needs to be re-done which really needs a builder/bathroom fitter to do. Can anyone help?

I've attached a photo that show the pipe that needs to be reworked.
