Great service from BC Bikes

After spending an hour struggling to remove the pedals on my bike yesterday, I gave BC Bikes a call. Only 20 minutes until closing time, but they said no problem, bring the bike around and we'll take a look. Not only did they make me feel less of a feeble girl by also having a good old struggle, they changed the pedals over for free. Highly recommended!

! agree, I have used BC bikes since they opened, and they have always been helpful, never appear stressed, (although they are always busy) and most importantly, keep my bike in good and safe order. It doesn't matter who you are served by either, they are all pleasant; great to have them in ED!
