Local GP ad - views?

Doesn't seem very professionally advertised, considering they deal with very confidential data and information.

I suppose it doesn't matter how they advertise if the right employment procedures are followed.

Perhaps it's a case of if you want something done... do it yourself?

I can imagine many places are desperate for extra help and the "higher ups" (whoever they may be, and in what ever field) continue to ignore the pleas... (IME) *shrugs

Looks a bit tacky but if it gets the right person in the job, fair enough.

Good for them, will probably reach the target audience more directly, effectively and cheaply than going through an agency. If it doesn?t work, nothing has been lost. OP implies they may have issues with this method of staff recruitment, if so would be interested to learn what these are - I may be missing something.
