My son has a gaming PC and every time he turns on the computer it won?t boot up to windows. There is a blue screen which gives various troubleshoot options, we?ve tried all of them and no change. Can anyone help resolve this issue? We?re based in ED. Many thanks! Niky

What Version of Windows are you running. ? Windows 7 ? Windows 10. ?

What do you mean by Gaming PC. ?

Windows 10 with intel core i5 2nd gen with 8GB RAM and a 1TB SATA hard drive. My son was updating the new version of Fortnite when the problem occurred.
