Need PC/Mac person to transfer photos

Hello

Can anyone recommend someone who could take all my photos and important documents off two laptops (both PCs) that I no longer use, put them on a hard drive (if that's how you do it) and then put it all onto my new MacBook Air and also tell me how to securely save them all (ICloud or something) Am thinking it's best to get someone to come and take them away to do it as could take ages to download if they came to my home? Any recommendations gratefully received.
