Recommendations for freehold management please

Hi there

Can anyone recommend a person or company to manage the freehold of a building containing three flats? We are about to complete buying the freehold with our neighbour but feel that we are clueless on how to manage notice for service charges etc and to actually manage and calculate the whole thing (the third flat did not buy in to the freehold).

Any recommendations or advice would be really appreciated.
