Teen Classes back at JAGS Sports Club from this week!

Classes for ages 13-17 years are back at JAGS Sports Club this week! These classes offer a positive environment for teens to develop and maintain healthy attitudes to body and mind.

Monday at 6-7pm - TeenFlex

This is a perfect class for the beginning of the week, working on core strength, balance and relaxation.


Wednesday at 6.15-6.45pm - TeenCycle

Taking place in the CycleFit studio, with lots of sprints and climbs on the static bikes to get hearts racing and improve stamina.


Thursday at 6-7pm - TeenBox

A high intensity class with lots of HIIT and skipping to warm up, followed by glove and pad work.


Saturday at 2-2.45pm (beginners) and 3-3.45pm (advanced)- Youth Gym

A teen only gym session, encouraging safe use of gym equipment and establishing a bespoke workout.
