Looking for a 2 bed for long term rental within 20 mins of ED to move in Nov/Dec

Hey there, wondering if anyone has a 2 property available to rent in East Dulwich, Sydenham, Crystal Palace, Peckham, Nunhead or surrounding areas. I?d prefer somewhere with some outside space (small garden/balcony) and a long term let (ideally 2 years plus) max budget ?1400.

I am a working professional and I have 8+ years of excellent landlord refs. Please drop me a message with pics, info and rent pcm. I have 2 months notice on my current place and would like to move before Christmas but I can be flexible. I?d also prefer a private landlord after a recent PurpleBricks experience! Many thanks in advance 😊

  I left my handbag in the front basket of a lime bike outside the Herne Tavern last night (Friday 22nd November) around 10pm. When I realised the bike had already been taken by someone else. The bag looks like the attached picture. Inside is a make up bag & my bank cards. It's a long shot but if anyone's found it I'd be so grateful to get it back!
