Pregnancy Yoga Course at JAGS Sports Club starts 13th September - Free to Members!

JAGS Sports Club is offering two six week Pregnancy Yoga courses this term, starting on 13th September and 1st November.


This course is all about you and your baby. As well as gaining knowledge of breathing methods that can be applied to labour, birth and motherhood, you will learn how to strengthen and stretch safely.


You must be in your second or third trimester to attend the session.


Free to members, Non Members ?60 per course. Call 020 8613 6500 to enroll.
