Cassius
At the moment I am unable to manage to get to the gym on a regular basis, can anyone recommend a good exercise DVD. My idea of exercise perfection would be Theo at Fusion ............. so a good mixture of high impact to burn some calories, all over body conditioning and a feeling of satisfaction at the end. Any suggestions really welcome. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/29291-exercise-dvds/ Share on other sites
LadyDeliah
Try the insanity workout series. You download the 3 month programme (I think it's 3 months) and it changes as it goes along. Everyone I know who has done it claims it was life changing. crockers
I would recommend the 8 week fitness blender http://www.lulu.com/shop/kelli-segars-and-daniel-segars/fitness-blenders-8-week-fat-loss-program-to-lose-weight-tone-up-fast/ebook/product-20134918.htmlyou pay for the programme (like ?3) but all the workouts are free; http://www.fitnessblender.com/Or any of the Gillian Michaels dvd's, my current fave is '30 day shred', its 3 levels of 20 min work outs so you can fit in anytime or combine 2 levels (or all 3 for the brave) to make a longer workout Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/29291-exercise-dvds/#findComment-618006 Share on other sites
