repair of electric heater

hello, we have a good quality portable electric heater that has packed up. it isn't the fuse. It seems a pity to send it to landfill if it can be repaired, but does anyone round here do that sort of thing nowadays? a recommendation would be much appreciated.

  Yes, in summer the footpath has been blocked by tables at the Blue Brick. The EDT will have to start managing its clientele better.
