(Google ookla speedtest and run it on your computer/phone)Have you restarted the router? That?s first thing I would try After that, if your speed test is way less than you are paying for, check if anyone is piggybacking off your internet - a neighbour? JohnL Posted September 1, 2021 Share Posted September 1, 2021 My SKY is OK - I have 80 down 20 up (FTTC) bandwidth and medium latency (enough to play call of duty).If you only have basic ADSL try a new splitter ?Also run the Sky tests and see if they find anything.
