He came 10 minutes later and having explained how he would do it fixed the gutter within an hour for a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional: he accepted credit card payment and promptly emailed the receipt and a 1-year guarantee. Booked him already for another roof job and will contact him for window cleaning next spring.
