dbboy
yep, would be helpful if you quote prices so people know what they are committing to rather than reeling off a list of what you can offer. Lowlander
Well a benchmark then (I know roughly I can get a brace of pheasants for ?5 or a kilo prime beef mince for ?7 either in one of the local butchers) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/29202-re-markymarketguardian-review/#findComment-618686 Share on other sites

dbboy
These are your prices which are going to be more expensive than if we went direct to smithfield. Pickle
I would hope they're more expensive than going direct to Smithfield - not many services these days that provide goods at wholesale prices delivered to your door! The prices sound very reasonable to me given they include delivery. jimbo1964
So why don't you go to Smithfield then instead of trying to undermine markymarket's service?Totally.. Isn't this how services work? It's cheaper to cut your own hair but not many of us do it. Sounds like a good service to me. markymarket
As mark pointed out in the guardian review... anyone can do it,but who wants to get up at 2am.Also mark has a great reputation with traders in the market, therefore gets the best cuts, and slightly betterPrices than joe public. I have been very luck to have been intoduced to smithfield and billingsgate thru mark white. In fact, I Am now setting up on my own thanks to marks early guidance so I need help to think up a new trading name... the winner will get a free SundayRoast joint of their choice next weekend. I've only come up with [email protected] ?
