Total Build Developers Ltd are a South East London based construction company with over 20 years? experience. We specialise in loft conversions, extensions, basement conversions, refurbishment and complete renovations.

We are currently looking for hard working, experienced individuals who take pride in their work and can work independently or as part of a team. They must have the ability to priorities and plan their workload, with strong attention to detail. They must have good timekeeping, reliable and trustworthy at all times and with a can-do attitude. Must have own vehicle and a willingness to travel as the work will generally be in residential areas in South East London.

The ideal applicant should have experience in some of the following criteria:

? General building knowledge

? Bathroom & Kitchen fitting

? Carpentry

? Experience plastering

? Experience with brickwork

? Experience painting & decorating

  Last night our car was broken in to and the contents of the boot stolen (just off Blythe Vale) at the Catford end of Forest Hill. Inside were some bags of fishing gear. Contents included, fishing reels, bait, general fishing equipment. The majority of the contents were in two large green canvass bags. Much of it of little value if sold separately , but of course of great value to the owner. If anyone sees any items that have been dumped or offered for sale, please can you let me know. We’ve of course reported this to the police.
