New kitchen - where to start?

I'm looking to get a new kitchen fitted. But not realy sure where to start. We need a small number of units removing and new ones fitting. That bit i can work out how to get done....

But it's all the other stuff.

I think we need new flooring, tiling around wall units, painting etc, probably the cooker hood moving, maybe some plumbing if sink moves and some electrics.

I feel like I need someone to manage the whole thing as i dont know which bit to start with - but its only a tiny kitchen and I don't want to pay a fortune for project management when the work itself is going to be pricey enough I'm sure.

Can anyone point me in direction of a safe and wise pair of hands?!

    • I'm hoping someone can help. I live on Therapia Road and there is a dog that barks very loudly at various intervals throughout the night. Last night was the worst yet: I was woken up at 23:30, 00:30, 01:30, 03:30 and 05:30. It's coming from the back of my property, so possibly Mundania Road or the block of flats between Therapia and Mundania Roads. The dog is clearly being left outside overnight, every night (even during the freezing cold temperatures we've had recently) and is understandably not happy about it. I don't hear it during the daytime, so haven't been able to go and figure out exactly where the dog is and/or speak with the owner. This is really affecting my sleep, I'm exhausted - if anyone knows anything about this dog (or is suffering like me) please let me know!
    • Looking for a sofa for my daughter's new flat - she's starting a new job and moving away and it's unfurnished.   If you are moving, upgrading or just have a spare please let me know   thanks Angelina
    • I have a very small garden with a "pond" in an old Belfast sink and a couple of other small water containers used by birds and sometimes frogs. I have had frogspawn,  but it usually gets eaten by something (no idea what. Cats?)  though I have had tadpoles and froglets in the past. I had never seen any newts until a couple of years ago when I opened the door of my tiny shed and found a pile of eggs just inside and a newt hastily scarpering out of a hole at the back of the shed. The eggs  must have only just been laid. Had I not seen the newt, I would have had no idea what they were. It seems a strange place to lay them. Sadly they didn't come to anything, they just sort of dried up. Malumbu, I would like some of your frogspawn if you have any to spare?  Or if anybody else has any?
    • Does anyone have some?  Thank you!  Imogen
