Letting agent recommendations please.

We have our flat rented out locally but we are really unhappy with our current agent and would appreciate any recommendations. It would be for managing it as well as just finding tenants.

I've been using DaisyLets for the last 18 months and they have been pretty good... few niggles to begin with, but now runs smoothly.

They have full management of the flat and I just receive an e-mail once a month from them with info on.

We agree DaisyLets are quite good, had a few issues during the time they have managed our property but all in all they are a good local honest company, and we would have no issues recommending them.

I'd second/third/fourth the recommendation given to Daisylets. I've been renting through them for 2 years now, and have just moved into my second property with them.
