Mind over matter mummy boxing classes are finally back!!!

100% beginner friendly, no need for child care , babies welcome!

Taught by fellow mum, Mum of 3 (including 5 month old Phoenix) boxing and Muay Thai coach with 24 years experience.

Classes will be held every Thursday 10.30-11.30am at Ruskin park.
