David - I can do that! I'll give you a lesson if you like :) I went to an amazing bread course at The Bertinet Kitchens down in Bath earlier this year. I make it every week these days and it is light and so tasty.

Next time try to address the size of the gaps between the slats for a better finish. And creosote will help to protect it through winter.
